The Customer Experience Manager is the face of the Aaron Sansoni coaching and mentoring programs and is responsible for the management of our student’s life cycle.

Your role is to facilitate the communication between our business and our students, to ensure they get the most out of the products that are being offered! And ensuring that we are exceeding customer expectations to create loyalty and advocates!

You will work closely with all the students to help them achieve their desired outcomes by creating and executing a communication contact plan, with not only students but also teams within the company!

Key Responsibilities:

As the Customer Experience Manager your days will be filled with meaningful interactions and impactful tasks:

- Management of the student life cycle.

- Execute student communication contact plan.

- Monitor Student Health and Identify Student Churn Risks

- Analyse Student Data

- Special Projects and Events

Your Skill Set:

- This position will require you to work at events throughout Australia so the ability to travel is required

Experience:

We value diversity in experience, but here’s what would make you shine even brighter:

- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Account Management and or Customer Service with a proven knowledge of customer success processes and contact plans.

- Experience in managing multiple projects and business streams.

- Experience within events is an advantage.

- Experience with Asana or similar Project Management software is an advantage.

- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM software is an advantage.

- Experience in dealing with business owners and entrepreneurial mindsets.
