Our new team member will have the following attributes/skills/qualifications:

  • Extensive local knowledge - in all aspects
  • The ability to work and assist local businesses to succeed in their ventures
  • High level of customer service - we pride ourselves in doing what we say we will do!
  • Impeccable time management
  • Intermediate level of computer skills along with the ability to learn new programs
  • Current QLD Drivers Licence
  • Ability to travel if and when required
  • Prior experience in the recruitment industry is highly regarded

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Create and own your own strategic plan to ensure the business is the preferred choice of supplier in the region
  • Administer, develop and grow revenue streams
  • Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Market intelligence knowledge, understanding and research
  • Recruitment Coordination - advertising, recruiting, onboarding, placement and ongoing general support support
