Our new team member will have the following attributes/skills/qualifications:
- Extensive local knowledge - in all aspects
- The ability to work and assist local businesses to succeed in their ventures
- High level of customer service - we pride ourselves in doing what we say we will do!
- Impeccable time management
- Intermediate level of computer skills along with the ability to learn new programs
- Current QLD Drivers Licence
- Ability to travel if and when required
- Prior experience in the recruitment industry is highly regarded
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Create and own your own strategic plan to ensure the business is the preferred choice of supplier in the region
- Administer, develop and grow revenue streams
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Market intelligence knowledge, understanding and research
- Recruitment Coordination - advertising, recruiting, onboarding, placement and ongoing general support support
