About the role - ICT Master Scheduler
The ICT Master Scheduler will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and optimizing the scheduling processes to ensure efficient and effective project execution. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of project management principles.
Duties
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project and program schedules, incorporating input from various stakeholders, project managers, and team leads
- Collaborate with project teams to understand project scope, objectives, and dependencies to create realistic and achievable schedules
- Utilize industry-standard scheduling tools and software to build and update project and program timelines
Skills / Experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience creating schedules, managing resource constraints in a large enterprise (preferably ICT)
- Strong understanding of resource scheduling, and project management with the ability to create pragmatic schedules highlight issues for resolution such as resource constraints and dependencies on different skillsets
- Experience of portfolio and project management tools such as MS project, Clarizen and Jira
