Description:
Senior HR Advisor required for three-month contract - Immediate Start This opportunity will work within a business partnering team providing generalist support for a period of three months.
You will support the team by providing consultancy and advisory services, building relationships with key stakeholders and coaching and developing line management surrounding conflict management, case investigations, grievances and disciplinaries. You will interpret the required industrial tools and provide advice regarding legislation, policies, procedures, processes and systems.
To be successful in your application, you will be an immediately available HR practitioner with a strong generalist human resources background. You will have previously worked within a complex, matrix reporting organisation and be able to demonstrate your ability to effectively and efficiently resolve case management and other investigations. You will be highly organised in your approach, possess highly developed communication skills, and confidently build working relationships to negotiate and influence best practice solutions.
This contract will commence immediately and is for a three-month duration.
