The firm: This Sunshine Coast law firm of nearly 15 years continues to grow as one of the most highly regarded specialist property, commercial, construction and litigation practices on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. Benefiting from the consistent boom that shows no sign of ending on the Sunshine Coast, the firm is growing and looking to add a new team member.
About the role: As part of the firm's strategic growth this role will see you join an established team that has built a strong reputation on the Coast for close to a decade. This role would suit a property, commercial or P&E lawyer ideally who has some cross over across those areas and would see you work on a mix of:

• property and commercial transactions;
• mixed use, residential and industrial development projects;
• commercial work - business sales/acquisitions, structuring, contractual advice etc.

Skills/Experience: To be considered for this role you will:

• have at least 3 years PAE up to Senior Associate level;
• have strong client relationship and business development skills;
• have excellent abilities to mentor, guide and develop junior lawyers in the firm; and
• be a cultural alignment with the firm - down to earth, approachable, friendly and with a strong client care focus to your work.
