Description:
ProQuest Recruitment is looking to appoint a number of Forklift Operators to one of our largest clients within the brand new DC in Barrinba. You will have the opportunity for ongoing work with regular internal training and up-skilling opportunities with a view for career development all the while working alongside a positive and productive team.
To be considered, you will meet the below requirements:
- Hold a current LF/Forklift Licence
- Be an experienced counter-balance forklift operator and be confident in load/unload of trucks
- Be physically fit to undertake general hand and housekeeping requirements
- Your own reliable transport to and from site
- Safety conscious
- Reliable and consistent
- Willing to go perm position
The role will include, however not limited to:
- Operating of forklift
- Loading/ unloading linehaul local fleet
- Pre-start checks on equipment
- Working as a team and helping each other where needed
- Housekeeping responsibilities (Sweeping, shoveling, blowing)
