About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic Logistics Manager to join our Brisbane Operations team, based in Beenleigh , on a full time basis and reporting to the Branch Manager. The focus of the role is to give our customers the exceptional service they deserve and expect. The successful candidate will be guided and trained through the essential areas within logistics to ensure ongoing success.
Key responsibilities and duties:

• The ability to think, adapt and provide solutions in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
• A sense of urgency to ensure outcomes are achieved.
• Ensure that all operational and administration tasks are completed accurately and on time and KPIs achieved.
• Provide consistent timely and effective communication to drivers and both internal and external customers.
• Possess a strong and committed attitude towards safety and compliance.
• Have the necessary experience to coordinate drivers and allocate assets to get the job done.
• Have a high attention to detail and consistent delivery of reporting.
• Possess strong computer and system literacy skills.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years experience on a similar role with responsibility for supervising staff.
• Must hold a current Drivers Licence.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team to deliver outstanding results.
• Demonstrate the ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• The successful candidate will be required to attend a pre-employment medical examination.
