Casual High-end Property Cleaner / Cleaning Supervisor
Company -
Vacay Rentals is a boutique Holiday Management Company under Stralias Realty Group based in Surfers Paradise. Due to rapid expansion within the business, we have now starting our in-house cleaning division and require a Casual cleaner/supervisor to join our team.
Our properties are in Surfers Paradise and you will be required to clean and maintain our several luxury properties to a high standard. It is a casual position as working hours varies everyday from no cleans to 7 hours a day depending on the check-outs. Hence it is best suitable for the ones who are currently working at a bar/restaurant at night and looking for second income during the day.
Daily Responsibilities -
1. Pick up and organise linens & consumable from our storage
2. Go to allocated properties
3. Make the beds
4. General Housekeeping and cleaning
5. Replenish Consumables
6. Seek out damages and items required maintenance
7. Throw out rubbish
About You –
● Previous experience in housekeeping is essential
● Ability to work autonomously and weekends is essential
● Good attention to detail
● Current Driver’s License and reliable vehicle is essential but not necessary

At lease 7 hours a week including weekends.
