In just a few short years Evolt has become a global player already selling to over 40 countries and we are now looking for a Trainee Sales Administrator to join our small, fast-paced team based in Burleigh on the Gold Coast.
With your can-do attitude and great communication skills, you will be providing customer service and support across our client base globally. We are looking for someone who is interested in joining our sales teams to support our Sales Executives to meet our company targets. Some of the things you will be doing on a daily basis include:
- Provide quality after-sales support to our customers.
- Answer phones and handle customers' enquiries and issues.
- Provide clients or potential clients with exceptional customer service.
- Work closely with our US office admin team.
- Oversee current and new sales policies and procedures.
- Ensure the entire team is following our customer service and support protocols.
- Work with the sales and marketing team to deliver projects to deadlines.
- Liaise with our accounts and support teams to resolve issues.
- General admin and office duties as required.
We are looking for someone who is a natural problem solver and loves to learn. You will have a natural flair for IT systems and love to follow and improve processes and systems.
