Join the CBRE - ISPT Procurement team
Provide support in the contract lifecycle management and supplier management
Sydney or Melbourne Location | Land of the Gadigal people or Wurundjeri people
We are currently seeking a Procurement | Contract Administrator to join the team on the ISPT portfolio of assets. You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management in the development and execution of the procurement strategy ensuring that all purchases follow the policies and standard procurement process including proper use of supporting systems. Coordinates purchasing administration, documentation management and general planning and execution of all associated transactions.
The Opportunity:
- Create and manage preferred supplier list including diverse suppliers
- Manage the tender process for regional, sector and portfolio wide tenders in line with client's procurement guidelines.
- Prepare recommendations for appointment of contractors following tenders.
- Prepare and manage execution of CBRE tendered projects.
- Collate quarterly/six monthly contractor KPIs, contractor spend data including diverse supplier spend.
- Collate contractor information relating to ESG performance (including Modern Slavery).
- Assist with capital works procurement.
About You:
- Tertiary qualification in a property / finance / business desired.
- Demonstrated experience in procurement or contract managment
- Interest in procurement in the facilities management industry.
- Logical and analytical thought process.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate level in core Microsoft packages - word, excel, outlook and PowerPoint.
- Customer service focus and performance outcome orientation with all colleagues and at all levels.
