We are seeking an experienced Communications Specialist to join our team in Sydney CBD. This role will involve managing media relationships, crafting strategic PR activity and enhancing CBRE's brand visibility across various platforms.
About the role
- Review pre-drafted media releases about property listings, transactions and new hires and secure coverage with the appropriate media.
- Maintain strong relationships with commercial property media contacts to enhance CBRE's share of voice.
- Identify creative angles and seek broader publicity for CBRE research reports, marketing content and subject matter experts.
- Deliver PR strategies to support broader brand campaigns.
- Interview and write engaging content marketing pieces to illustrate CBRE's expertise and breadth of service.
About you:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Ability to write creatively and know how to find the hook
- Strong pitching/influencing skills and stakeholder management
- Superior organisational skills
- Experience in building strong relationships with media
- Demonstrated track record in innovative press campaign development and execution
