The Opportunity
- A Development Manager to join our expanding consultancy-based Development Advisory group
- We work across a broad range of asset classes: current projects include Sydney Fish markets, Sydney Metro Rail, Macquarie Bank development, Waterloo Precinct Redevelopment and iconic international schemes!
- New mega scale, multi-billion-dollar assignments have created the need for further expansion - once in a lifetime opportunity
About you
- 10yrs experience and confident in managing client engagement and internal/external teams within the development advisory sector
- An experienced client-side Development Manager / Project Manager looking for the next step in their consultancy-based career
- Degree qualified in commerce, property, civil/Engineering , land economics, Construction, or similar with 10 yrs + development project experience
- A strategic leader, able to and experienced in leading mega scale development projects
