Description:
- Permanent part-time 22.5 hours
- Actively collaborate across the Intermediaries division to provide input in different initiatives and support the achievement of strategic objectives
- Sydney or Brisbane CBD location
The Intermediary Process Specialist role involves supporting the Commercial Intermediated Distribution channel by enabling and supporting a program of work to achieve ongoing regulatory requirements, operational efficiency and effectiveness.
This role also involves active problem solving to deliver reporting, business analytics and process improvements to the wider Distribution teams.
What you’ll do:
- Own and deliver assigned BAU activities, product, process and regulatory change implementation within the Intermediary channel.
- Deliver communications and change management for Distribution to ensure activities align to our strategy and provide clear customer centric outcomes.
- Proactive identification and escalation of risks and issues related to your role responsibilities
- Analyse key business issues or opportunities to develop actions, reports, dashboards or process guides for the channel to ensure necessary operational or compliance risks are managed.
- Monitor and influence processes driving customer satisfaction, provide feedback on product, claims and other operational issues to improve business performance and customer satisfaction.
What you’ll bring:
- Knowledge of financials and general risk and compliance procedures and process formulation (highly desired)
- Demonstrated ability to quickly develop and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of stakeholder business areas and manage stakeholder expectations (highly desired)
- Experience using JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint or similar collaboration tools highly regarded (highly desired)
- Experience in project coordination, change management and Agile methodology or similar
- Negotiation and influencing skills to facilitate stakeholder outcomes and generate strong alignment throughout the organisation.
