Our client is one of the biggest global payment service providers - they are at the forefront of creative innovation for payment processes.
This is an interesting opportunity where you will help, support and scale Logistics processes in the Australian market for an initial 5-month contract initially with the view to extend or convert to FTE as business operations continue to grow within the Australian market.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Manage service and escalation inquiries (delayed deliveries, address corrections, etc.) from global CS teams.
- Oversee and handle daily logistics activities and requests with 3PL - inbound, inventory management, outbound, shipping, deliveries, returns
- Own special order requests from internal teams. Oversee order creation to delivery and keep requesters informed of order status.
- Troubleshoot excursions across multiple systems and connection points.
Who Are You?
- A keen eye for detail & strong task-management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Passion for operations and supply chain.
What Will You Bring?
- Ideally, 3-4+ years of experience in logistics/transportation management, preferably within the tech eCommerce space.
- Creativity in developing actionable analyses and recommendations
- Experience with major ERP systems
- Bachelors Educations Preferred
