About The Opportunity:
As the Account Manager , this role is to ensure the satisfaction of all clients and customers with the services provided by Futuresleep. This involves establishing and nurturing relationships with clients and customers.
You will serve as the main point of contact for any inquiries or concerns whilst being responsible for increasing sales and market share across all stores in your region.
- Sales and Performance; achieve sales targets, research market competition and trends, identify and compile promotional reports
- Customer Service and Support; address customer issues and complaints effectively whist working with factory to resolve product challenges
- Training and Development; optimise sales and margin growth potential through regular and comprehensive store training sessions
- Proven client relationship management
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Valid drivers license; on average this role will require 1 day from the office in Wetherill Park and 4 days visiting clients
