With comprehensive support spanning across routine inspections, leasing, administration, and accounting, this role also offers the flexibility to work from home two days per week.

What will you be doing in this role:
Taking over a well-cared for residential portfolio you will have support with routines, leasing, accounts, and admin tasks to allow for you to focus on nurturing your Landlord and Tenant relationships. The current property manager is staying with in the business, so a comprehensive handover is ensured.
- Approve applications with Landlords
- Manage arrears at 10+ days
- Rent reviews and lease renewals
- Coordinate repairs and minor renovations
- Outgoing nad ingoing inspections
- NCAT preparation and attendance
- Bond and insurance claims
- Assist with the overflow of routine inspections
- 5+ years managing a portfolio on your own
- A valid drivers licence and reliable car
- Sound knowledge of the residential tenancies ACT
- A Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- A keen eye for detail and excellent time management skills
- Full Australian work rights
