Sirius Technology are working exclusively with a large corporation to help them recruit an experienced Salesforce Leader to join their on-going digital transformation. This role will be a senior hire for the organisation and will have a dotted line into the Group CEO.
The business are going through several initiatives to improve their Salesforce solution and need an experienced Salesforce leader to guide them through the process. This will include working with senior stakeholders to ensure the solutions match business needs and tweaking designs where needed. It will also include being the ‘conduit’ between the business and the Salesforce IS partner to ensure a smooth process for both parties and to ensure requirements have been fully mapped and considered.
You, as the ideal candidate for this role will have;

• Previous experience working in complex Salesforce environments and leading change within the IT estate.
  
• Previous experience working with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing and Csuite.
  
• Have a deep technical understanding of Salesforce including best practices and limitations.
  
• Have deep technical knowledge of Sales and Service Cloud as well as a wider knowledge of other Salesforce products which may be useful to futureproof any solutions.
  
• Ideally have experience delivering IT change within a complex organisation rather than just creating solutions designs.
  
• Experience building and managing a Salesforce team.
