Commercial Build Contracts Administrator - Work from Home (WFH) opportunity.
Small Family-Owned Commercial builder, who specialise in New Build & Refurbs of Service Station & Fast-food Outlets, up to $10m each, needs a CA.
  • Experience, as a CA, on Commercial Construction & Refurbs essential.
  • Long term Casual PAYG /PTY Opportunity - with a view to going permanent.
  • Unique WFH Opportunity – Start in Mid-May 2024.

Our client is a long established / boutique construction management company who design, build and deliver projects such as Fast-Food Chains, Shopping Centres, Retail refurbishments, Office Fit Outs, Petrol Station Upgrades etc. in the value range of $0.50m to $10m.
They are a very successful, close knit team of Construction professionals who have been successfully trading in NSW for almost ten years.
Due to increased workload, from repeat customers, they now have a need for a Contracts Administrator who has a proven track record of delivering projects similar to the above, within time, cost and quality.
This role is initially going to be a long-term casual contract role with a strong possibility of going permanent – subject to performance and workload.
Reporting directly to the owners of the company the person we are looking for must have:
  1. Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency – Sorry - no overseas candidates and before you ask - sponsorship in NOT available.
  2. Be working in (preferably NSW) for at least five years as a CA on Commercial projects like the above.
  3. Outstanding oral and written communication skills as you will be dealing with people at all levels.
  4. A degree or equivalent in Construction management / Quantity Surveying etc.
  5. A valid NSW drivers’ licence.
  6. Ability to Scope works, Procure and place subcontract and suppler orders.
  7. Ability to identify risk and opportunity.
  8. Ability to manage accounts from Inception to final accounts.
  9. Have self-discipline to deliver successful outcomes for all parties.
  10. Up to date Computer skills. MS office / Procore etc.
  11. Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol tests.
  12. Ability to pass a current police check.
  13. Checkable references

Final salary Package / Contracting rates etc. will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
