With 11 venues in NSW & QLD and growing quickly to 17, P'Nut Asian Kitchen wants to dominate fast casual Asian fusion and are searching for ambitious and passionate Area Managers to join their family in the Inner Sydney and Western Sydney regions.

The role:
You will never get bored in this job, with responsibility for the operation of 5-6 P’Nut corporate restaurants including customer service, human resources, training, marketing, POS system, sales, profitability and growth. You will need to be hands on in this role across all your restaurants. Ready to step in on floor during busy hours - seeing and responding to the customer experience directly, to ensure that we strive towards extraordinary customer experience.
Key Responsibilities (along with above)
- Responsibility for the operation of 5-6 P'Nut restaurants
- Manage & motivate your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience every time
- Model & ensure Culture, Brand, Values & procedures are upheld across all your stores to ensure consistency
- Set sales targets & conduct regular compliance/briefings with managers & staff
- Meet & report on KPIs, targets, budgets etc
- Oversee store recruiting & weekly schedules with restaurant manager
- Deliver training sessions to managers using a variety of training methods & tools
- Implement our marketing plan, including brand & local marketing ie, visits to schools, charities & local businesses
- In the absence of manager, supervise & manage restaurant as needed
- Collaborate with Group GM to develop & implement policies & procedures to improve systems
What are we looking for:
- Someone that is truly passionate about P'Nut Street Noodles Vision & Values, with drive & ability to embed it in all you do
- Must have venue or area manager experience of a fast casual/QSR, multi-store chain or franchise
- Positive, energetic with an ability to train & mentor staff to achieve their best
- Ability to work under pressure & make confident decisions as required
- Flexible & proactive by nature
- Excellent organisational, communication & people skills
- Personable and real - confident making community connections & wanting to make a difference
