The CommSec Digital & CX Practice provides practical understanding of our customers to deliver the best digital investing experiences. We imagine compelling future propositions and experiences for our customers which are bedded in solid customer research and listening.

Your skills and experience
You are an enthusiastic problem-solver with excellent visualisation skills. You're good at:

Deliver customer centric customer design solutions which align to Digital Channel Strategy
-
Produce wireframes and interactive prototypes under the supervision of a UX Lead or Senior designer, including detailed documentation
-
Regularly review customer insights and analytics to better understand users, their goals and how they interact with the Group's products.

Assist planning of UX research and validation testing, including assets preparation, in collaboration with the UXD Research team
-
Work closely with delivery teams to ensure UXD assets and specifications fit within requirements.

Recognising aesthetic and visual design, knowing the difference between "good" and "great" work

Experience in Agile and/or LEAN projects

Strong communication skills

Excellent listening and collaboration skills, including documentation, and presentation, and ability to work closely with other disciplines
