As a mid-level DevOps & Cloud Engineer, you will be a part of a Platform Engineering team that enables cloud migration and delivery pipeline for the Decisioning platform. You'll be joining our Decisioning Platform Squad who are responsible for Future Fit Development and maintenance for creating a World class platform for Decisioning applications, deployment, maintenance, monitoring and overall availability of the systems.

We are interested in hearing from people who:
- Have a great understanding of software delivery practices and lifecycles in Agile methodologies
- Have extensive experience in containerisation, Orchestration of containers using Kubernetes
- Setting up end to end CICD pipeline with integrated automated testing and governance
- Are confident analysing systems and technical solution; monitor system performance, availability and ensure SLAs are met
- Support production issues and follow through with end-to-end resolution of issues
- Work with various application teams to ensure the stability and security of the platform.
- Undertake any other tasks assigned by your manager that you have the capability to perform safely in line with relevant internal CBA Group policies and external regulatory requirements
- Have good understanding of well architecture frameworks to manage platform on the cloud.
Tech Skills
We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don't expect you to know them all but having significant experience and exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team.
- Proficient in writing infrastructure as code using Python, Scala or similar languages
- Sound knowledge of Linux, UNIX and Python scripting.
- Good knowledge of Ansible, Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience on building CI/CD for the platform is preferred.
- Experience supporting services and infrastructure in AWS
- Experience with Infrastructure as code and automating manual tasks,
- Good knowledge of monitoring tools like Appd, Splunk and Grafana.
