We are seeking a Content Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team, focused on enhancing our brand's presence across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. This role is designed for an ambitious, creative individual with a keen interest in content trends and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will assist in the creation, production and amplification of content across various platforms, including social media, blogs, and video content, contributing to our overall content strategy. This position offers the opportunity to work under the supervision of senior marketing professionals, providing support in executing marketing programs and campaigns, monitoring results, and refining strategies based on performance metrics. The Content Marketing Analyst will play a key role in supporting our team's efforts to increase brand awareness and engage with our target audience effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Content Strategy and Planning: Assist in the development and execution of the content strategy, helping to maintain the content calendar and ensuring a consistent presence across all social media and digital platforms.

  • Content Creation and Management: Contribute to the production of engaging, high-quality content under the guidance of senior team members. Support the management of content lifecycle from concept to deployment, aligning with the brand's voice and objectives.

  • Campaign Support: Provide support to team members in running various marketing programs and campaigns, including tentpole events and localised campaigns, with a focus on APAC-specific strategies.

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the performance of content and campaigns, utilising basic analytical tools and techniques to gather data and insights.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives, bringing creative ideas and contributing to the execution of innovative marketing tactics.

Role Scope:

  • Participates in executing aspects of marketing programs or campaigns.

  • Supports senior team members in the deployment and monitoring of marketing strategies.

  • Monitors program results with a focus on learning and improving.

  • Engages in assignments requiring independent action and initiative within a structured framework.

  • Utilises basic problem-solving skills, relying on team leads and managers for guidance and effective issue resolution.

Experience Required:

  • Experience in marketing, with a preference for backgrounds in B2B and High-Tech industries. Experience with marketing programs, campaigns, and digital platforms is essential.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Capable of interpreting campaign performance data to support optimisation efforts.

  • Creativity and Innovation: A creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh marketing ideas and collaborate with a team to bring these ideas to fruition.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities, with the capacity to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.

  • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, adapting strategies as needed based on performance and feedback.
