Job DescriptionDue to expansion of our factory, we have various NEW opportunities for experienced Cleaners to join our Hygiene team. We are looking for people who work best in a hands-on role , enjoy working as part of a diverse team but have the capacity to also work autonomously. We have the below shift available permanent full time Monday to Friday:
- Night Shift – 9pm start to 5.06am finish
What will you be doing?
- Cleaning inside the factory in the food production areas from floors, walls, conveyors, machinery, trays, racks and many more tasks
- Deliver exceptional quality and results each night – this is DETAILED cleaning, no spot cleaning
- Handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Monitor chemical usage and ensure adherence to PPE and chemical handling procedures
- Previous scissor lift operating or forklift licence can be advantageous
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Have the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Able to work in cooler environments – our factory is around 8 degrees Celsius
- The ability to work under pressure and to strict time frames and quality standards
- Have a great eye for detail and take pride in your work and your team
- You enjoy doing repetitive work and like to know what your work is every day
- Whilst not essential previous experience in a 24 hour FMCG environment working as a cleaner would be advantageous.
