Are you passionate about supporting individuals on their journey to mental wellness? We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Support Workers in Mental Health. No prior experience is necessary – we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed in this role.
Responsibilities
- Providing practical and emotional support to clients living with mental health conditions, promoting their well-being and recovery.
- Assisting clients to develop and implement individualized recovery plans, supporting them in achieving their goals and aspirations.
- Building trusting and therapeutic relationships with clients, providing non-judgmental listening and empathy.
