Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Support: Provide assistance during surgical procedures and offer training support as needed;
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key surgeons and their teams through education and clinical case support;
- Product Promotion: Showcase innovative products to surgeons and operating room personnel, promoting training and education; and
- Market Insights: Provide valuable feedback on surgeon preferences and competitive activities to enhance offerings.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Passion for Learning: We're seeking self-motivated individuals with a strong willingness to learn and grow;
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building rapport with surgeons and healthcare professionals;
- Anatomy Knowledge: A solid understanding of anatomy, particularly in spine and neurosurgery, is highly desirable; and

Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor of Science or Similar: Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field are preferred; and
- Medical Industry Experience: Previous experience within the medical industry or hospital theatres is advantageous but not required.
