Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with an Australian owned business that specialise in providing sustainable commercial cleaning, maintenance and security services to client's assets. We are on the hunt for an experienced and passionate Customer Service Representative who is looking for their next challenge and to elevate their career!
The successful candidate will have a can-do attitude, have great phone manner and organisational skills, and an ability to problem solve. We are ideally seeking individuals with customer service experience in the commercial cleaning and property maintenance industries.
What's in it for you?

• $60,000 - $65,000 + Super

What do you do?

• Handle incoming & outgoing customer calls and emails.
• Respond to inquiries about the company, products, and services.
• Process orders, invoices, payments, claims, credits, and returns.
• Monitor and manage supplier service reports.
• Record all client communications in ECRM system.
• Investigate and resolve client inquiries, demonstrating problem-solving skills.
• Address customer and staff issues, managing dispute resolution & escalation.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as requested.

What do you need?

• Customer Service experience - ideally in the commercial cleaning and property maintenance industries.
• Strong level of communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work within budgetary/contractual constraints.
• Ability to make outbound calls and deal with inbound calls.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
