The Role
An opportunity has become available for a Field Service Specialist in Heat Pumps to join our Service team at Revesby.
This position provides support and technical assistance to our customers and to Agents and contractors that service our equipment in the field. The position will also provide training to both internal refrigeration technicians and to the network of approximately 80 Service Agents nationally when new product or service requirements are introduced to the market.
The Field Service Specialist – Heat Pumps has the authority to arrange field personnel, both internal technicians and Service Agents, in consultation with both Planning and the Service Manager to ensure that the high standard of after sales service is met.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
- Minimum Restricted Electrical licence or ideally full electrical licence
- Demonstrated hands-on field service experience coupled with supervising field service operations preferably with HVAC product
- Experience in a prior role providing customers with resolution to their field service issues
- Experience in a supervisory position
- Commercially orientated with a Customer Service bias
- Excellent communicator both written and verbal
- Logical and analytical
- Able to practically apply technical information to resolve service issues
- Proficient with Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
