Synaco has partnered with an industry leading waste management company due to continued growth they are seeking Plant Operators for a landfill site in Erskine Park

Tenure: Temp to perm
Days & Hours: Mon- Fri 7am-4.30pm
Pay rate: $50.68p.h
Job Brief/Overview:
Duties:
- Operating bulldozer and various other earthmoving equipment ie. compactors, excavators, dump truck.
- Maintain a professional image and deliver high quality customer service at all times
- Inform and assist customers of proper placement for dumping loads to ensure most effective spreading or compacting of waste or other materials
- Excavate, load, transport soil to cover waste in accordance with company policy
- Operate vehicles and equipment in accordance with training, instructions or operating procedures and company regulations
Ideal candidate:
- Good work ethic, understand importance of turning up to work
- Commitment to safety
- Previous compactors and or D8 Dozer and or Excavators experience - ESSENTIAL
- Self-motivated
- Mechanical aptitude
