About The Role
Our Glenwood location is currently seeking passionate & motivated individuals to join our team in reaching collective goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Working collaboratively with a team of Early Childhood Educators
- Facilitating a safe & caring environment for all children.
- Driving initiatives, curriculum activities, and continuous improvement.
- Observing and documenting the progress of children, in line with the EYLF & NQS.
- Liaising with parents regarding routines, progress and challenges.
- Assisting with the implementation of programs and experiences
- Contributing to the completion of documentation of children's skills and interests that includes a clear cycle of reflective practice
- Ensuring the physical environment is well maintained
- Engaging in professional communication with families and caregiver

- Compassionate, considerate and kind
- Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) Qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Paid Working with Children's Check
- Must be available Monday to Friday across a rotating roster
- Must have excellent written and communication skills, desire to work in the childcare industry, alert, observant, active and able to use judgement and initiative, work in a team and willingness to accept responsibility.
