Our client is the voice of Specialist Medical Colleges, It focuses is on patient health and safety by maintaining a robust specialist medical training sector to deliver high standards of specialist medical training for patient safety. As the peak specialist medical body in Australia, they are involved in policy development and provide advice on health issues to Government and the wider community.
The Role
Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for providing meeting support to the board and committees including managing diaries and all meeting logistics. You will also be responsible for improving the office functions.
Responsibilities
- Provide meeting support - develop agendas, collate and circulate papers and prepare minutes
- Meeting logistics - travel, accommodation, catering, venue booking etc
- Manage all correspondence and emails
- Maintaining files and documents in SharePoint
- High level stakeholder management
- Ensure the office operates smoothly
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role
- High level technical skills in Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
