About the role
VMCH Finance Operations Team has a vacancy for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to support our Home Care and Disability portfolios. You will manage the claiming of funding, perform the end-to-end billing function and provide excellent customer service to resolve queries and complaints quickly to ensure prompt payment of accounts.
About you
You have previous experience in a similar role and a solid understanding of the home care and disability sector. Your attention to detail is impeccable and will understand billing and funding principles applicable to the aged care industry. You are a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. Organised and methodical in your approach to work, you prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.
Skills and Experience -
- Previous experience in an AR position in either Home Care and/or Disability.
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of Debtors.
- Outstanding Customer Service skills.
- Ability to investigate and resolve internal and external queries.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to meet required deadlines.
- Ability to prepare monthly reports.
- Experience with Epicor is desirable.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
