We are seeking an experienced Psychologist to take on a community and clinic based NDIS position in Geelong.

About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Psychologist to work with an independent organisation committed to providing quality support services to NDIS participants in Geelong. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing clinical supervision, delivering psychological assessments and interventions, and working closely with participants and their families to achieve therapeutic outcomes.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Contribute to the provision of high-quality clinical supervision
- Deliver a range of psychological assessments and interventions
- Work collaboratively with participants and their families to achieve therapeutic outcomes
- Work across the lifespan - caseloads can be tailored to meet your clinical interests

About You:
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Psychology and AHPRA registration
- Board-approved supervisor status
- Previous experience working with children and adolescents with disabilities (NDIS) or other health conditions (desired)
- Proven experience in delivering clinical supervision to provisional psychologists
- Adept in working with multidisciplinary care teams within the NDIS space
- Excellent knowledge of psychological assessment and intervention
- Demonstrated clinical skills and problem-solving ability
- Strong communication and report writing skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team player
- Highly organised, reliable and high attention to detail
- Friendly and empathetic personality
- Hold a current driver’s license and your own car
- Must hold or be willing to obtain a current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Eligible to work permanently in Australia
