About the roleOur client is an established Australian premium footwear company known for creating effortless modern designs of considered simplicity.
They are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join their busy flagship store in Chadstone. This position will suit an individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering amazing customer service experiences.
Key responsibilities:
• Set the standard for customer service and sales for the team.
• Set weekly/monthly performance targets that motivate and inspire the team.
• Build a roster that fosters team development and the best operational support for the store.
• Deliver on outstanding results through the development of store-level initiatives and staff training.
• Lead by example, planning and implementing self-development plans in addition to staff training and performance plans.
• Contribute to weekly business analysis, providing information to HO to understand performance, as well as key actions to continue working toward store targets.
Skills and experience:
• 4+ years retail management experience required.
• Premium sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
