About the team
The team sits within Fleet Strategy and improvement which has the responsibility for planning for future fleet requirements, conducting replacement demand analysis and defining replacement policies to inform fleet procurement.
About your new role
In this role, you will lead an inclusive team of Fleet specialised project officers and will strategically deliver Fleet projects and business improvement initiatives, including the Light vehicle review and the Carpool System implementation.
Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining accurate project documentation, including status reports, project plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and other relevant records
- Monitoring the progress of tasks and milestones to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
- Consulting, delivering and presenting to Senior Leadership and stakeholders
- Providing leadership, mentorship and guidance to the Project Team in relation to business improvement initiatives, quality management, and business planning and
