Right at Home Sydney the Hills have several opportunities available for BENGALI SPEAKING SUPPORT WORKERS within our rapidly growing home care organization within the Greater Western Sydney region.
Right at Home provides various in-home care services (to eligible clients) including, but not limited to, personal care, domestic assistance, meal preparations, social support, transport, respite care and community access.
Right at Home Sydney The Hills has established an extensive client base developed through our ability to cater for all clients, our ability to provide an individualised approach to in-home care, and also through our reputation.
We are seeking experienced Home Care Workers with an aged care, nursing or disability background.
Home Care Workers must have the following:
- Ability to provide domestic care, personal care, transportation to shopping and Doctors appointments.
- A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- High level of time management and organisational ability.
- Willingness to participate in further education opportunities.
- Experience in looking after elderly people.
Qualification
First aid/ CPR certification
Certificate 3 or 4 in aged care/disability is a MUST.
Diploma/Degree Holders in Aged/Community and Disability.
Essential Requirements
- * Satisfactory Australian National Police check within the last 6 months
- * Valid Working With Children Check
- * Current first aid and CPR certificate
- * Smartphone
- *Australian Driver’s license and their own car with comprehensive insurance.
