Commercial Property Manager
Great opportunity due to growth, seeking a motivated and passionate individual for a leading commercial property management company located in the CBD with an extensive portfolio of retail, office and industrial assets and over 50 years of operation.
Looking for an experienced, dynamic, and self-motivated individual with a proven track record of achievement in the industry.
As a Retail Property Manager, you will oversee 100 tenancies approx including looking after daily operations, financial performance of the portfolio and tenant relations.
Hours : 9:00pm to 5:15pm Monday to Friday, with 1 hour lunch-break
About the Role:
• Take responsibility and accountability for the overall performance of property management and facilities management operations.
• Administration of all leases, ensuring compliance by the owner and the tenants and serve notices where required as approved by the owner.
• Uphold the Companies policies and procedures to ensure they conform to owner’s objectives and investment strategies.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders, ensuring immediate response to emergency situations or urgent contact requirements.
