Senior Property ManagerCome and work in a great positive, collaborative working environment in this high end boutique multi-office brand, based in Elwood.
Work under one of the most influential Directors in the industry who is a Property Manager by trade with 15+ years experience!
You will manage approx 160 properties, using PropertyMe as our main platform, the latest in technology, Phone, iPad all provided.
Salary for the portfolio & role: $87,500.00/annum + Superannuation + Commissions (for new business $300/property) + Parking on site

JOB DUTIES:
- Manage your own portfolio of ~160 properties, residential homes/apartments around South/South Eastern Suburbs (within 7km of office)
- Handle emails and enquiries, tenant/owner enquiries etc
- Maintenance requests etc for the portfolio
- Lease renewals, do condition reports and inspections
WHATS ON OFFER:
- $87,500 + Super + Commissions
- Phone, laptop are provided
- WFH Flexibility - 1-2 days per week
Career progression into Team Leader roles 100K + Super and more.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
- Property Management Experience (on a good size portfolio, ideally)
- The desire to grow and progress in a friendly, inclusive team
- Car and drivers license
