Based in Gippsland, Latrobe Regional Health are looking for an Associate Unit Manager (AUM) to join our Avon Unit on a part time , ongoing basis.
Avon is a 32 bed medical unit, responsible for the management of patients with cardiac, respiratory, neurological, endocrine and oncology conditions.
The Associate Unit Manager is responsible for the management, co-ordination, leadership and assistance in the development of the unit, ensuring a high standard of patient centred care

- Experience in leading and managing a team
- Experience in managing medical patients, including COVID positive patients
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
