About the Role
Joining their HR team on a 10-month fixed-term contract, either full-time or part-time (4 days per week), you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR function during a period of transition.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the recruitment processes and coach hiring managers throughout the interview process.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers throughout the employee life cycle.
  • Interface with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll activities.
  • Manage all aspects of onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Support the HR Business Partner in managing complex matters of employee relations.
  • Take the lead with HR projects, including leadership training for key stakeholders.
  • Take the lead with employee engagement surveys and assist with developing initiatives that will enhance the company culture and employees' well-being.

About You:
We seek a seasoned HR professional who desires to step into a coordinator-level role. You should have:
  • Demonstrated experience in HR operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment and multi-site locations.
  • Excellent coaching and communication skills, with the ability to build strong connections with stakeholders.
  • A contemporary HR style with the ability to coach and support others effectively.
  • Sound knowledge of HR practices and regulations, with the ability to serve as a soundboard for team members.
