About The Role Full-Time We are looking for a dynamic detail-orientated Administration Officer to join our fantastic team at Aegis Alfred Carson Facility on a Full Time basis. Located in the heart of the Claremont community, Aegis Alfred Carson provides quality care and services for up to 90 residents in a modern and homely living environment. Alfred Carson utilize state-of-the-art equipment providing Residents with quality care and easier working conditions for our staff. As an integral part of the team, you will: Provide a professional and friendly reception to our residents, families, visitors, and staff. Create and maintain fortnightly rosters for staff, that meet all service delivery requirements within the facility. Undertake essential administrative functions such as rostering, payroll preparation, billing, banking, and interacting with all staff. Perform general administrative duties such as filing, archiving and other duties as directed by the Facility Manager.
