Description:

  • RTO is looking for a trainer and Assessor to lead our Southern cross training.
  • (RTO -41086).

The successful candidate would ideally have demonstrated experience in a similar role with a focus on the customer experience, P&L responsibility and delivering results.

  • Launch the Workplace Training Group and RTO.
  • Build and deploy sustainable programs that provide real benefits to students.
  • Work with clients and industry bodies to deliver real results.
  • Leverage WPTG national client base to build the Academy.
  • Coordinate the delivery of internal and external training for the business.
  • Develop workplace SMEs and assessors to deliver quality training/assessment in accordance with the RTO, business and accepted industry standards.
  • Liaise with relevant training enterprises to ensure the best results are achieved.
  • Develop the Academy to include non accredited coures.
  • Reporting – providing advice and recommendation to CEO and industry bodies.

Skills and experience

  • Demonstrated experience working in a similar role.
  • Minimum 2 Years experience within a training and compliance role
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications including a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills and a strategic thinker to critically appraise and oversee the maintenance and ongoing improvement of quality management systems.
  • Solutions focused - proven ability to adapt approach to changing needs or priorities.
  • Organized – outcome and deadline oriented.
  • Effective communication and consultation skills.
  • Well-honed customer/client relationship skills.

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
