Description:
- RTO is looking for a trainer and Assessor to lead our Southern cross training.
- (RTO -41086).
The successful candidate would ideally have demonstrated experience in a similar role with a focus on the customer experience, P&L responsibility and delivering results.
- Launch the Workplace Training Group and RTO.
- Build and deploy sustainable programs that provide real benefits to students.
- Work with clients and industry bodies to deliver real results.
- Leverage WPTG national client base to build the Academy.
- Coordinate the delivery of internal and external training for the business.
- Develop workplace SMEs and assessors to deliver quality training/assessment in accordance with the RTO, business and accepted industry standards.
- Liaise with relevant training enterprises to ensure the best results are achieved.
- Develop the Academy to include non accredited coures.
- Reporting – providing advice and recommendation to CEO and industry bodies.

Skills and experience
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar role.
- Minimum 2 Years experience within a training and compliance role
- Relevant tertiary qualifications including a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and a strategic thinker to critically appraise and oversee the maintenance and ongoing improvement of quality management systems.
- Solutions focused - proven ability to adapt approach to changing needs or priorities.
- Organized – outcome and deadline oriented.
- Effective communication and consultation skills.
- Well-honed customer/client relationship skills.
