Award winning Construction company looking to grow their Bendigo team with experienced Contract Administrator
Company:Tier 3 Contractor specialising in Social Infrastructure and Government Projects up to $50m. A growing business with aspirations to reach the $60-70M project scale, whilst building an excellent reputation with their repeat clients and subcontractors in the area.

This role has been introduced due to two recent promotions.
ROLE:
Reporting into a Project Manager,
You will be required to:
- Manage and prepare scopes of work and award sub-contract package
- Assess sub-contractor variations and progress payments
- Prepare monthly cost reports for the directors of the company
- Assist the Manager with project coordination of sub-contractors
- Manage the procurement for whole construction lifestyle
The successful candidate will be able to:
- Demonstrated experience commercial projects from $10M+
- Demonstrated experience as a Contract Administrator on Commercial projects
- Experience in Procurement and stakeholder management
- Ability to work closely with colleagues
- Excellent communication skills & client relationship
- Unlimited Australian working rights
