FULL-TIME 4 to 5-DAYS House Manager- Riverview NSW

Days: Tuesday to Friday + Sometimes Saturday
Times: from 7:30 am - 8 pm - depending on the week of days
Child/ren: B15 & G10
Pay: $35-45 per hour
* Times:
Tues: 2:30pm-stay overnight
Wed - finish 5pm
Thurs: 12pm - 8pm
Fri: 12pm - finish Negotiable
Sat: 7.30am - 3pm(Every 2nd week only)
* Pets dog and cat at home
* Driving is required and a car is provided
* Confident swimmer and supervise children
* Cooking is required ( Recipes can be provided)
Our busy Riverview family is seeking a mature, confident, reliable, calm, organized, caring, and disciplined nanny. The children have some special needs and require additional support for their development.
Mum works full-time and is a single parent; she needs a reliable nanny who can alleviate some of the stress from her shoulders while also being willing to bond with the children and support their learning and development. The family requires someone who takes the initiative to identify tasks once routines are established. Suitable candidates should have experience working with children of similar ages and also with those on autism spectrum or special needs children.
Upon arrival around midday, the nanny will engage in a couple of hours of domestic chores (laundry, groceries, food prep), then pick up the younger child from school and provide her with afternoon tea. Afterwards, they will take her to her after-school activities, supervise homework, and oversee the children's chores. Ideal candidates would enjoy cooking and preparing healthy and nutritious food for children.
The successful candidate will enjoy a pleasant working environment, delightful children, and open communication.
Nanny Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Building a strong relationship with the children
- Assisting/supervise children to do their homework and chores
- Being proactive with household chores
- Ensuring a safe and hygienic environment
- Undertaking additional/occasional duties when requested
- Willing to support a single mum with a busy life and stay overnight on every Tuesday
- Preparing school lunches and cooking nutritious meals for the children
- Maintaining/learning all aspects of the family's routine
To apply, you MUST have the following experience, attitude, and qualifications:
- A non-smoker, no drugs or alcohol
- A valid driver's license ( car provided )
- A minimum of 5+ years' experience working with children
- A minimum of 3+ years' experience working as a housekeeper
- A minimum of 2 Australian-based child-related references
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain ASAP)
- Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain ASAP)
- Current National Criminal Record Check
- Excellent communication skills
