ABOUT THE JOB

Reporting to the Key Account Supply Chain Manager for Pharmacy, this role is responsible for building strong relationships with our customer, based on the sharing of information, risk mitigation and continuous improvement. Its objectives are to deliver great service and optimise efficiencies across the end-to-end supply chain.

This role brings together a mix of tasks to ensure our customers have the best possible experience working with L'Oréal:

  • Be a central point of contact for operational topics with the Customer.
  • Follow and track orders and events execution, identify any risks, and work both internally and with our customer to find solutions.
  • Ensure the alignment of the catalogue and product information between L'Oréal and the Customer.
  • Build and communicate internal and external reporting such as Weekly Scorecards, Customer Service, OOS list, etc…
  • Analyse shortages root causes and propose improvements, in collaboration with other Supply Chain teams.
  • Coordinate demand alignment on cruising products, promotions and launches, between internal Commercial teams and the Customer.
  • Support the Key Account Supply Chain Manager by contributing to monthly Customer Collaboration Meetings and to improvement projects (demand, working capital, physical distribution, transport, event planning, etc).

ABOUT YOU

  • You have great communication skills, and you can clearly articulate and identify priorities, risks, and opportunities.
  • You can build strong relationships, manage multiple stakeholders both internally and externally, and know how to influence for mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • You are highly customer, service, and improvement oriented.
  • You have an analytical approach, with the capability to manage detail and complexity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience working closely with Customers or Supply Chain teams will be advantageous as will a flexible, results oriented approach.

L'Oréal Australia's Operations includes our Warehouse, Customer Care, Master Data and Supply Chain teams. These teams work in partnership with our divisions to ensure we continuously improve our supply chain and achieve greater agility and efficiency to meet the needs of our clients.
