The opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate, experienced Resourcer to join FinXL, based in our Melbourne office. You will play a pivotal role in building relationships, having influential conversations, and connecting talented professionals with exceptional career opportunities in IT.
This role will see you work closely with our Account Managers, specialising in Financial Services, and our offshore Global Delivery Centre. As well as Candidate Resourcing, you will be involved in Consultant onboarding, Customer engagement, Visa application support and other administration tasks.

- you have a demonstrable and proven track record of recruiting in the Technology Industry
- You will be inquisitive, thorough and focused on delivering the best outcomes for our customers
- Self-motivated and with a strong desire to exceed personal and team goals
- You will have a flexible approach and be solutions focused
What will you do?
- Assisting in the definition of resource, delivery and governance requirements
- Work closely with, and utilise the FinXL India team to support with onboarding, governance and reporting
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate candidate visa requirements
- Establish and develop exceptional internal and external relationships
