Duration: Up to 12 months contract with possible option for up to 2 X 12 months extension.
This role reports to the Director, Architecture and HPRG Delivery and will function as part of a multi-disciplinary team of IT professionals.
The role will be responsible for:
- Working with the Director to deliver projects from initial planning to implementation, ensuring that all aspects of the change are well-coordinated and executed efficiently.
- Using various project management tools to track project status, risks and issues.
- Maintaining detailed documentation and writing status reports as required.
- Liaising with stakeholders to determine project scope and priorities.
- Facilitating communication and maintaining strong relationships within the teams, with business areas and other stakeholders.
- Attending team meetings and being the point of contact to report progress and issues back to the Director as needed.
- Engaging with stakeholders to gather feedback or address concerns.
- Supporting teams to follow agile values, principles and practices.
- Anticipating challenges, identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Monitoring the performance and stability of solutions during the hypercare period to identify issues or areas for optimisation.
- Documenting reported hypercare issues and their resolution status, escalating issues to teams for further investigation and resolution as required.

Desirable Experience
- Project Management certification
- 2+ years experience in a similar role within Federal government
- Prior experience in the delivery of IT projects
