Your new role
As a HR Manager at Randstad Australia you will play a pivotal role in providing excellent HR services that are customer-focused and contribute to enhanced organisational performance. You will operate in a fast-paced environment, influencing senior stakeholders and providing guidance on various HR functions such as talent management, retention, performance management, and more.
Main Responsibilities:

- Building and maintaining effective partnering relationships with senior stakeholders to realise
- Utilising Randstad's HR Analytics tools and other related data points to generate insights to
- Create effective action plans based on insights in conjunction with business leaders.
- Understanding the business of Randstad by actively participating in divisional leadership
- Advising on best practice delivery models, organisational structure and growth planning to
- Coaching managers on developing high performance individuals, teams and culture.
- Designing and implementing strategies to improve retention and engagement
- Plan and execute Randstad annual talent management process to

What we need from you
- 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a recruitment environment
- Tertiary qualification in HR, psychology, business, or related discipline
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Enthusiastic about sharing knowledge and mentoring others
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
