The Company:
Mimaki is a leading manufacturer of wide-format inkjet printers and cutting machines for the sign/graphics, textile/apparel and industrial markets.
Responsibilities:
- Managing customer's service request task and service technician's activities to resolve customer issues;
- Resolving customer complaints promptly in conjunction with your team or dealer;
- Providing high level technical on-site support for the company/Mimaki products nationally;
- Communicating service manager for escalate service support required;
- Communicating service manager for service technician's training requirement and schedule the necessary training;
- Communicating dealers and distributors to manage customer's service status information;
- Communicating dealers and distributors to feedback service network demands;
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets;
- Evaluating your team's performance and motivating them to reach performance targets;
- Compiling and analysing service figures;
- Effectively analysing issues and collecting necessary data to resolve support service requests;
Skills and Experience:
- Good working knowledge of networks, PC's, software, and operating systems within a print/scan environment.
- Strong Customer Service skills.
- Exceptional communication and time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Analytical approach to problem solving.
- Current Australian Driver’s License
- It is essential for all candidates to have previous technician experience; this would be ideally working on printers, photocopiers or related business equipment.
- High presentation, attention to detail, well-spoken and able to engage customers in a professional manner.
