Settlement Officer

Your new role
As a settlements officer you will be responsible for managing the settlement procedure from end-to-end for personal loan applications. You’ll have a minimum of 12 months settlement experience and have the motivation to join and grow within a business who are continuously expanding.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Being responsible for the end-to-end management of personal loan applications
- Producing loan documentation for customers and ensuring that all details are correct, while including the necessary documentation to settle
- Report issues to management where systems or documentation could be improved to ensure a smoother process
- Making outbound calls to ensure all customer information is correct and procedures are followed to settle
- Register / remove security interests using the PPSR
Your skills and experience
- Minimum of 12 months settlement experience
- You’re ambitious and excited by the prospect of joining a business growing rapidly
