About the role
This is a detail orientated role supporting a Cronulla Sales Agent with their administration needs for all property listings including organising marketing, social media posts, compliance documents and client communication. The ideal candidate will be great with systems and processes and also possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills. This role is based at our Cronulla office, working Monday - Saturday, with a mid-week ½ day RDO.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- All team administration duties including marketing, data entry, reporting
- Campaign management – chasing documents to sign, dealing with solicitors/conveyancers/stylists
- Managing the compliance for the team
- Managing the marketing requirements: ordering the DL’s/EDM’s, liaising with the in-house photographer, and graphic designer, posting advertising online
- Social media management: posting content/properties online, creating fun posts/pics relevant to the business
- ‘Meet and Greet’ at open homes
- Attending and assisting with onsite and in-house auctions
- Client relationship management – nurturing the current campaign contacts and doing callbacks
- Attending sales training, sales meetings, and company events
- Conducting some cold calling, buyer, and OFI call backs
- Must have Certificate of Registration (legal industry requirement)
- Previous real estate experience is required (ideally in sales)
- Exceptional organisation and prioritising skills
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must work well under pressure
- Needs patience and enthusiasm to succeed within this role
- Strong confidence – assertive yet professional and friendly
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Happy to manage lengthy admin and data entry duties
- Need good follow up ability
- The ability to thrive within a professional and fast-paced environment
- Must be presentable
